PT Usaha Yudha is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating our fleet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or a related field, with excellent organizational and communication skills. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Monitor and track fleet performance, including fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and driver behavior.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient fleet operations.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including fuel usage, maintenance logs, and vehicle inspections.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.,Provide support to the Fleet Coordinator in planning and organizing fleet-related activities and events.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the Fleet Coordinator or management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
