📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle customs documentation and clearance for international shipments
- Communicate with clients and customs authorities to ensure smooth clearance processes
- Monitor and update customs regulations and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to international clients
- Assist in the resolution of customs-related issues and disputes
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to team efforts to improve customs clearance processes
- Ensure compliance with FedEx and regulatory requirements
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customs clearance or international logistics
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with FedEx systems and tools, such as FedEx Trade Networks and FedEx WorldCargo
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid ID card and work permit for Indonesia
