📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the planning and execution of clinical trials and studies.
- Collect and manage patient data using REDCap and OpenClinica.
- Recruit and screen potential participants for clinical trials.
- Coordinate with researchers, medical staff, and other team members to ensure smooth trial operations.
- Document all research activities and maintain accurate trial records.
- Provide support to the research team in preparing and presenting trial results.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all ethical and regulatory guidelines for clinical research.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research or a related field.
- Familiarity with clinical research software such as REDCap and OpenClinica.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Valid certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) or equivalent is a plus.
