HAVEN Group is looking for a motivated Deputy Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliations, and other accounting tasks. You will work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the accounting field and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.,Process and input accounting transactions into the accounting system.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management.,Support the accounting team in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the department.,Provide support to the accounting team in the resolution of financial issues and inquiries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
