Port Crystal Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals. You will work closely with the Learning and Development Manager to ensure the success of these initiatives and contribute to the professional growth of our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.,Conduct needs assessments and identify training requirements to support business objectives.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to ensure the success of learning initiatives.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant training tools.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
