FORGE Abadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Learning Development to join our team in Cilacap, Jawa Tengah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to support the organization's strategic goals.,Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of learning materials and resources.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and opportunities.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure the successful implementation of training initiatives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and training software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
