CV Berkah Maritim is seeking a dedicated Deputy Store Operator to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and supporting the Store Operator in achieving store targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Support the Store Operator in ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.,Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.,Assist in cashier duties, including processing transactions and handling payments.,Support the Store Operator in implementing store promotions and sales strategies.,Assist in maintaining a clean and safe store environment.,Support the Store Operator in training and developing junior staff.,Assist in any other duties as assigned by the Store Operator.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation role.,Familiarity with store inventory management and POS systems.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Ability to work in a team and independently.
