📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Take and manage reservations, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
• Provide excellent table service, including taking food and drink orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Promote our restaurant's specials and menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Front of House role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Enthusiasm for food and beverage industry.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
