As a Guru Kelompok Bermain, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing activities that stimulate cognitive, social, and emotional development. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. You will observe and assess children's development, plan and deliver engaging lessons, and maintain accurate records of their progress. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement play-based learning activities that align with early childhood development milestones.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 2-5.
• Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with a team of educators to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
• Promote a positive and nurturing atmosphere that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a playgroup setting.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPCE, CCE, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with using educational software and tools (e.g., KidzRoom, Tapestry, or similar).
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
