📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of pastry production, including taste, texture, and presentation.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients to support daily operations.,Train and mentor junior staff on pastry techniques and food safety practices.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless integration of pastries into daily menu offerings.,Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making to continuously improve product offerings.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment.,Participate in quality control checks to maintain consistency and excellence in product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in the food industry.,Proven track record of creating and executing high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Possession of a valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.
