📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of data entry staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.,Develop and implement data entry processes to improve productivity and accuracy.,Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency.,Prepare and present reports on data entry activities and performance metrics.,Troubleshoot and resolve data entry issues to minimize disruptions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry and management roles.,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of managing and supervising a team.,Familiarity with data management software and tools.,Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
