📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales operations including inventory, pricing, and promotions.,Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.,Maintain accurate sales records and reports.,Train and supervise junior sales assistants and cashiers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage cash handling and ensure accurate financial records.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and cashier roles.,Proven track record of successful sales and customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of basic accounting and financial management.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
