📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support our business objectives.
  • Develop and implement learning strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, videos, and online courses.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to support employee development.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
