Design and develop interactive learning experiences that are engaging, effective, and aligned with our organization's learning and development strategy.,Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and developers to create high-quality learning solutions.,Conduct needs analysis and learning needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.,Develop and maintain learning management systems and other learning technologies.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning experiences and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and development.,Mentor and coach junior team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in instructional design and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.,Proficiency in learning management systems and other learning technologies.,Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.,Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
