📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for farming cooperatives to enhance productivity, profitability, and sustainability.
• Provide expert guidance and support to cooperative leaders, helping them navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market analyses to identify growth opportunities for cooperatives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build the capacity of cooperative members and leaders.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of cooperatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of cooperative development initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cooperative development, incorporating new knowledge into your advisory work.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cooperative members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cooperative development, agricultural extension, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cooperative principles and practices.
• Proven track record of successful cooperative development projects.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
