Overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control,Managing and supervising a team of construction workers and subcontractors,Ensuring that all construction work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality,Working closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality,Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure that projects are completed on schedule,Ensuring that all safety regulations and guidelines are followed on-site,Maintaining strong communication and collaboration with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors,Ensuring that all project documentation, including plans, specifications, and contracts, is accurate and up-to-date🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or site supervision, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing construction projects from inception to completion,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of construction workers,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders,Proficiency in using construction management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools,Familiarity with Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously🛠️ Keahlian
