Provide expert pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring their health and well-being.,Manage and supervise a team of pharmacists, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical trends, technologies, and best practices.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.,Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pharmacist in a clinical or hospital setting.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid professional license to practice as a Pharmacist in Indonesia.,Experience in managing a team of pharmacists is a plus.
