Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy of the documentation.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of our customers and employees.,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and readability.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the development of our technical writing guidelines and standards.,Provide technical writing support to other teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
