PT Cemerlang Surya Abadi is looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Karawaci, Banten. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of managing accounting teams. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of accountants and accounting staff.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to senior management.,Maintain and update accounting systems and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management and auditors.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
