📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for projects.,Analyze project requirements and develop detailed cost breakdowns.,Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure estimates are feasible and realistic.,Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as necessary.,Conduct regular reviews and updates of cost estimates.,Maintain and update cost databases and records.,Provide cost-saving recommendations and strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimation and project management.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and equipment.,Proficiency in using cost estimation software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
