📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and clients, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain the performance and security of IT systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network protocols and security measures.,Proficient in using IT support tools and software.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
