Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to facilitate the recruitment process.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
