📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities and maximize their tax savings
  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training and support to junior team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Drive the growth of the tax consulting business, identifying new opportunities and developing innovative tax solutions
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and legal, to provide comprehensive business solutions to clients
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to management

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a strong background in Indonesian tax laws and regulations
  • Strong knowledge of tax accounting and tax planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficient in using tax software and other relevant tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
