Biocon is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manufacturing Executive to lead our biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations in Denpasar, Bali. As a Senior Manufacturing Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the entire manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution.,Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.,Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.,Implement and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of the manufacturing operations.,Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.,Ensure the safety and well-being of employees by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing manufacturing operations in a biopharmaceutical environment.,Strong understanding of GMP regulations and quality management systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficient in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.,Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
