Manage daily cash operations including deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions.,Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of all cash transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.,Assess and approve loan applications in accordance with our policies and regulations.,Monitor cash levels and ensure adequate supplies for daily operations.,Collaborate with the branch manager and other team members to achieve branch goals.,Assist in training and mentoring new employees.,Stay updated with banking regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking operations or a related field.,Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software.
