📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain audiovisual systems, including projectors, screens, sound systems, and control systems.
• Conduct on-site service calls to diagnose and resolve technical issues with AV equipment.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks to ensure optimal performance of AV systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues in AV systems.
• Document all service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the AV industry.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the use and maintenance of AV equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AV systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficient in using AV control systems such as Crestron, Extron, or Biamp.
• Familiarity with audiovisual equipment brands like Christie, Barco, and Yamaha.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
