📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the legal and regulatory aspects of property development projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to navigate the complex landscape of Indonesian property laws and regulations.
• Prepare and submit legal documents and permits required for property development projects, including environmental impact assessments, building permits, and land use permits.
• Monitor changes in legal and regulatory requirements and ensure that projects are up-to-date with all relevant laws.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to project teams on legal and regulatory matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal and regulatory requirements for all projects.
• Represent PT Dofla Jaya Properti in legal and regulatory matters, both internally and externally.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in property development and legal compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and regulatory compliance for property development projects.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian property laws and regulations, including environmental impact assessments, building permits, and land use permits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in using legal software and tools, such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar.
• Familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
