📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare and compound prescriptions, including injections, ointments, and creams.
• Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to patients, healthcare professionals, and other pharmacy staff.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock control to maintain optimal levels of medications.
• Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations and high standards of service.
• Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical knowledge and advancements in the field.
• Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field, preferably from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical setting, with a strong background in dispensing and patient care.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software such as Medisys, PharmaNet, or similar.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and other pharmacy staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
