In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for managing HR activities and general affairs at our site in Bogor, ensuring that all operations run efficiently and in compliance with company policies and regulations. You will work closely with the HR department and site management to address employee concerns, facilitate training and development, and support the overall well-being of our workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage HR activities at the site, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
• Facilitate training and development programs for employees.
• Coordinate with the HR department to address employee concerns and resolve issues.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the site manager in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of general affairs activities, such as office management and facility maintenance.
• Ensure that all site activities are documented and reported accurately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or general affairs roles.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Valid SIM (Driver's License) and clean driving record.
