📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
• Support the marketing team in creating and managing campaign calendars, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to the team.
• Assist in the organization of marketing events and promotions, including pre-event planning and post-event follow-ups.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing marketing databases and tracking campaign metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Experience in social media management or content creation is a plus.
