📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and Indonesian GAAP standards.
• Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Coordinate with the tax department to ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to support business decisions.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure the proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial transactions.
• Provide training and support to junior accounting staff.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian GAAP standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
