📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and implementation of urban transportation projects, including public transit expansion, pedestrian and cycling infrastructure, and smart mobility solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of transportation initiatives, working closely with engineers, policymakers, and community stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and resources allocated to urban transportation projects, ensuring efficient and effective use of funds.
• Coordinate with local and provincial authorities to align transportation projects with regional development goals.
• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, such as GIS mapping, traffic simulation software, and data analytics tools, to enhance transportation planning and decision-making.
• Promote sustainable and equitable transportation solutions, focusing on reducing carbon emissions, improving air quality, and enhancing accessibility for all residents.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of urban transportation projects, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Represent the Bangka Belitung Provincial Government at national and international transportation conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Transportation Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in urban transportation planning and management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative transportation solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Knowledge of and experience with GIS mapping, traffic simulation software, and other relevant transportation planning tools.
• Familiarity with Indonesian transportation policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the successful execution of transportation projects within allocated funds.
