📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the retail and consumer products market.
• Negotiate deals and contracts to secure sales and meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales team and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
