📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily maintenance activities to ensure all retail facilities are in optimal condition.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to manage repairs and upgrades.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the retail operations team to address technical issues promptly.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a retail environment.
- Certification in HVAC systems or electrical installations is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and budgets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards for facility maintenance.
