As a Pattern Engineer / Marker Maker, you will be at the forefront of creating the next generation of fashion. You'll use industry-standard software like Gerber Accumark, Lectra Modaris, and Optitex to design and develop patterns and markers. Daily, you'll work on creating precise and efficient patterns that meet the specific requirements of our clients. You'll collaborate with designers to understand their vision and translate it into technical specifications. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Developing and maintaining precise patterns and markers using industry-standard software such as Gerber Accumark, Lectra Modaris, and Optitex.
• Collaborating with designers to understand their vision and translate it into technical specifications.
• Ensuring that all patterns and markers meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
• Working closely with the production team to ensure that patterns and markers are accurately translated into finished garments.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the fashion industry.
• Providing technical support and training to junior team members.
• Conducting quality checks and making necessary adjustments to patterns and markers.
• Participating in design reviews and providing feedback to improve product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pattern making or marker making in the fashion industry.
• Proven experience with industry-standard software such as Gerber Accumark, Lectra Modaris, and Optitex.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with garment construction and fit analysis.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with designers, production teams, and other stakeholders.
