📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement business development strategies to drive company growth and revenue.,Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.,Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and threats.,Prepare and present sales reports and business development plans to senior management.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company.,Manage and mentor junior business development staff to ensure high performance and team success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in identifying and developing new business opportunities.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
