📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality assurance tests and inspections to ensure products and services meet established standards.,Identifying and documenting quality issues and defects.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of issues.,Developing and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures.,Providing training and support to other team members on quality assurance best practices.,Analyzing and reporting on quality metrics and trends.,Ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on manufacturing or similar industries.,Strong understanding of quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001.,Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software, such as Minitab, JMP, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel or Power BI.,Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus.
