You will work closely with vendors, tenants, and other stakeholders to maintain high standards of cleanliness, security, and service excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily mall operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage a team of 10-15 staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors and tenants to address any issues or concerns.
• Monitor mall cleanliness and maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Ensure the smooth operation of mall facilities, including escalators, elevators, and parking systems.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and present operational reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mall operations or a related field.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with mall management software, such as SAP or Oracle.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
