- Lead and manage a team of live streaming hosts, ensuring high-quality content and engaging delivery.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, scripting, and technical setup.
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to develop and execute innovative live streaming content.
- Monitor audience engagement and provide feedback to improve future live streams.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in live streaming.
- Develop and implement training programs for hosts to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in live streaming, hosting, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and entertain audiences.
- Proficiency in using live streaming software such as OBS Studio, Wirecast, or similar tools.
