📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage inventory and stock levels using RetailPro software
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Support the sales team by providing product knowledge and recommendations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Participate in store events and promotions
- Assist in training new team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with retail software such as RetailPro
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Attention to detail and a passion for luxury fashion
- Willingness to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays
