📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to support the cognitive, social, and emotional development of young children.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
• Assist in the daily operations of the preschool, including classroom management, student supervision, and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and a supportive home-school partnership.
• Stay updated with the latest early childhood education trends and best practices, and incorporate them into your teaching methods.
• Participate in professional development activities and training sessions to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
• Promote a positive and nurturing atmosphere that fosters a love for learning and a sense of community among students and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in early childhood education settings.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPK, CPB, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and other educators.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
