Governance Excellence Director

PT Bangka Belitung Governance Solutions is seeking a Governance Excellence Director to lead the transformation of governance frameworks in Bangka Belitung. As the Governance Excellence Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust governance frameworks that align with international standards and local regulations. You will work closely with senior management to ensure that governance practices are integrated into the company’s strategic planning and operational activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the governance landscape in Bangka Belitung, contributing to the region’s economic growth and development.

Daily, you will engage with stakeholders across the organization, conducting risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews. You will leverage tools such as SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software, and ISO 37001 for anti-bribery management systems to ensure that governance practices are effective and efficient. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in governance, risk management, and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement governance frameworks that comply with international standards and local regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement in governance practices.
• Lead the integration of governance practices into the company’s strategic planning and operational activities.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of governance practices to senior management.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry associations, to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Utilize SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software to manage and track governance activities.
• Ensure that governance practices are aligned with the company’s overall strategic objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Governance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in governance, risk management, and compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certifications in ISO 37001, COSO ERM, or other relevant governance frameworks.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the governance and compliance space.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English and local languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software is a significant advantage.
