📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle.
• Assist in the monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Support the finance team in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Assist in the preparation of management accounts and provide financial analysis to support business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP Indonesia).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
